So how does a Themes & Dreams Party experience work?

All our packages are designed to be hassle free. We arrive at your home at a pre-arranged time, set up, check everything is in order and then leave to let you and your family enjoy your celebration. Set up time takes about 90 minutes, packing p is quicker. The next day at 11am we arrive, pack up and go. It's that easy.

 

If I need additional Themes & Dreams Tents can I book more?
Certainly. For £25 per person, we can expand the package to include as many as you need, complete with all the regular bedding and accessories. If you've got the space, we've got you covered. For bookings of 10 or more, a 5% discount is given. Of course, we can also cater for less than 5

 

Speaking of space. How much space do I need?
Each Themes & Dreams Tent requires around 185cm depth (including mattress)  and 90cm width. We can arrange in various configurations (line-up, semi-circle, aisles) depending on your space. If you're unsure, please message us.

 

 

What's the standard hire period?
Standard hire is usually overnight. If you wish to hire for more than one night just make a note in your booking and we can arrange it (additional night rate applies).

 

What if I have to cancel?
If you need to cancel or change dates you must notify us at least 14 days prior to your event. A change of dates will be based on the availability of the preferred date.
No refunds are granted for cancellations within 14 days of your event date.

 

What packages & themes are available?

You can view the themes we currently have available on our website but if you have a special theme, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you

 

How soon should I make my booking?

To avoid disappointment we recommend that you book your event as soon as you have settled on a date. Payment of a £30 deposit secures your preferred date and theme. We request that your final count of attendees be as accurate as possible, however, the final numbers can be confirmed as late as 7 days before the event.

 

How old do you need to be for a Themes & Dreams sleepover party? 

We recommend children are 6 years and over for a sleepover party. However, we can rent out tents for the day for younger children and as our mattresses are 185cm long there is no upper age limit.

 

How are the Themes & Dreams Tents cleaned?
After each event, all bedding is laundered. Mattresses, tent covers, decorative pillows, and styling items are disinfected and spot cleaned.

 

 

How do I book?
Simply fill out our form. We will confirm your booking via email. We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum 14 days notice given for requests to change the date of the booking or cancellation. The customer's request can then be granted on the provision that the preferred date is available.
